We do not accept returns on clothing items.
Each item of clothing is made to order at the time of purchase. There are size charts attached to the description of each item. If you find that an item does not fit and what to replace it, please contact us and we can offer a discount on the next purchase if you would like to reorder a new size.
If your items designs are defective or have other issues (such as washing off completely) please contact us. We will have them replaced and shipped to you at no cost OR you can choose to be refunded.
NOTE: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
We DO accept refunds for accessories and bags. See the return and refund policy below:
- Our refund policy extends for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products are exempt from being refunded due to production method (apparel, see above).
- To initiate a refund, please contact me at email@example.com Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information.
- After verifying your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
Inspection and Approval:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- We reserve the right to reject the refund request if the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
- If your refund is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
- Depending on your payment provider and their processing times, it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please first check your bank account again.
- If there is a delay, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you've taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
