Returns/refunds:
We do no accept returns for incorrect sizes. Each item is made to order at the time of purchase. There are size charts attached to the description of each item. If you find that an item does not fit and what to replace it, please contact us and we can offer a discount on the next purchase if you would like to reorder a new size.
If your items designs are defective or have other issues (such as washing off completely) please contact us. We will have them replaced and shipped to you at no cost OR you can choose to be refunded.
NOTE: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Order Cancellations: Order cancellation can be done within the first 24 hours of placing an order.
