Refund policy
Your items are custom made for you and are produced once you order them. Due to this process, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s a defect with your order, please let us know by contacting us at bri@kawaiifortheculture.com and we will get it resolved right away.
Size charts are attached to each item listed in the product description. Please refer to size charts before ordering! We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
If you item arrives damaged or broken, or defected:
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged/defected. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at bri@kawaiifortheculture.com within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
